It's very seems like timex x jcrew field vintage watch. $150.(last picture)

Also, it looks like WW2 era issued army watch.

Metal dial, 12-24 timeline, sword hands, are mixed old and morden tradition.

Features are indiglo lights, desert sand colored nato band(personal added) , rare green dial , red second hands and date window.
